LAVENDER FIELD OF DREAMS

AAHHHH….lavender! There is a lavender farm locally and trust me when I say there is something precious to being visually and physically surrounded by fields of swaying, purple spires while engulfed with the soothing, relaxing scent of lavender! This bar holds onto that enduring aroma that is so popularly & factually known as a great “relaxer”. A “sip” of both brewed tulsi tea & hibiscus tea add a dusky tint and are also added for further encouragement in steps to that desired state of relaxation. This lavender bar would be great to use as a part of a night-time ritual. Welcome, sweet dreams….

PRICE IS FOR ONE BAR.
All bars are individually hand poured so may vary slightly in color, size and shape from batch to batch and therefore may differ from the actual photos shown. However,
they measure 3.25 inches x 2.25 inches x 1 inch (like a deck of cards) and weigh approximately 5 ounces.

FYI:
Lavender essential oil is already known for its mentally & emotionally soothing qualities - but it is also used to disinfect & promote healing to inflamed skin.

Chamomile essential oil is known for its ability to calm and soothe the skin, in addition to reducing redness, blemishes, and signs of aging.

Tulsi tea (or holy basil) is an adaptogen [any natural herbal substance (such as ginseng) that is supposed to help the body adapt to stress, and to exert a normalizing effect upon body functions] with anti-inflammatory properties that aids in healing skin disorders, is anti-aging

Hibiscus tea is rich in vitamins (especially C), minerals, antioxidants - helps skin look clean, clear, healthy and youthful. (Read up in the section on herbs for further info on the benefits of consuming both tulsi & hibiscus tea).

GLYCERIN SOAP BASE INGREDIENTS - CLEAR:
Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Safflower Oil, Glycerin, Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Sorbitan Oleate, Oat Protein (soap base can be labeled vegan as per resource), tulsi & hibiscus teas infused with lavender buds, lavender & wild chamomile essential oils and lavender buds

Trying to keep the products as natural as possible, I chose to create them with the addition of beneficial pure essential “oils”- which are potent plant based extractions from leaves, stems, roots or flowers of the plant or tree (that must be used appropriately, not to be used by those pregnant as a precaution).

Test soap on inside wrist if prone to sensitivity and wait 24 hours before full use.

These bars are made with an all glycerin soap base which is part of the regular lye soap making process. Glycerin’s main job is to pull and keep moisture close to itself which is why it is so moisturizing to the skin. However, due to its draw to moisture it can not be left sitting in water because it will absorb it and turn the whole bar gelatinous. Please remove to a soap dish or from direct constant contact with water.
